COVID-19

As the reality of the COVID-19 quickly unfolds in Canada and around the world, we have had to look at what W+W is going to look like as we all manage the risks + reality of the situation. Please find details below regarding all aspects of our business + what we will be doing to best protect our clients, consigners, ourselves + all of our families.


ORDERS

We will continue to take + fulfill orders. Our pickup partners have all taken steps to protect themselves + their customers by reducing hours and/or closing until further notice. As the possibility of non-essential services being shut down seems like it could be a measure taken soon, we will no longer be dropping orders at our pickup partners. 

We have created some new shipping/delivery options to manage through these crazy times (our cutoff of Mon @ 11AM + delivery/shipping on Wed will still apply):

• FREE Calgary delivery (this will be a contact free porch drop) on orders over $30
• FREE Shipping on orders over $100 (this is decreased from $150)
• Single clothing item shipping (No tracking. Does not apply to shoes or backpacks.) - $5
• Shipping for orders under $100 (no guaranteed tracking) - $10
• Shipping for orders under $100 (guaranteed tracking) - $15

As always, we require all of our consignment items to be freshly laundered, but we do recommend that you wash your purchases before wearing as an extra precaution. While packing up orders, we will be taking extra precautions in regards to hand-washing + sanitization of our work spaces. 

 

CONSIGNMENT
We will continue to put consignment pickups on hold.  We were prepared to open up to consignment intake for April but this will have to wait.  When consignment pickups do open up again, we have implemented an easy on-line booking system that we know you will love!

There are some changes coming to our guidelines as far as the items we take + some new donation partners.  Keep an eye out for these so you will be ready when we are able to pick up again. 

 


ORDER PICKUP
Please watch social media for updates on changes in pickup location hours/closures. We will be posting these as stories on our Instagram + adding a COVID-19 highlight album with the most current info.  It is a good idea to call before heading out to ensure they are open. 

If you do have an order that is waiting for pickup, it is still waiting for you until further notice. When you are picking up orders, please refrain from doing so if you are sick or have been travelling abroad within the last 14 days. 

When you are picking up your orders, please think about supporting the pickup location by shopping, sharing or reviewing them.  The support for all small businesses at this time is so very important + goes so much further than shopping at large chain stores.  

 

SHOPPING APPOINTMENTS
At this time, we will not be taking any shopping appointments.
