SHIPPING + RETURNS
+ We have done our best to keep the shipping costs as low as possible for you. To help with this, all items will be vacuum sealed before being placed in the shipping pouch or box.
+ We use Canada Post exclusively for all shipping. All shipping is based on weight and is calculated at checkout.
+ Smaller orders can be sent without tracking. The purchaser assumes all liability for lost packages if this option is chosen.
+ Orders will be mailed once a week on Thursday. The cutoff for orders is Wed @ 11AM. As we have two warehouse locations, orders might be split depending on the item's location.
+ As per the Canada Post site, regular mail takes 2-5 business days to reach its destination. If you need an item sooner, please contact us for expedited shipping costs.
+ We have partnered with two amazing stores in Calgary to offer you FREE pickup.
+ When completing your order, please select which location you would like to pickup from.
+ Order cutoff - every Monday @ 11AM
+ Orders will be ready for pick up on Wednesday. You will receive an email when it is ready for you.
+ We kindly ask that you please pickup your order within one week time.

Currently, we only ship within Canada.
+ Each item is unique and has been listed with all of the relevant details and pictures so you get the best idea of what you are purchasing. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
+ Our policy lasts 14 days from the post mark date, after this date no refund will be given. No exchanges will be granted as each item is unique due to the nature of consignment.
+ To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must have all tags attached and be in the same condition that you received it. If original packaging was received (ie. shoebox), this must also be included in the return.
+ To complete your return, we require the original packing slip. Items(s) must be packaged in comparable packaging to what it was received in. Items must be sent via tracked mail.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
+ Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
+ If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
+ If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
+ Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
+ If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
PLAYWEAR + SALE ITEMS
Sale items will not be refunded. Playwear is purchased in AS IS condition and is final sale.
+ You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
+ All returned items MUST be sent via trackable shipping.
